I’m trying to claim my sister as a disabled dependent is that the same process as just claiming a dependent I didn’t see disabled as a option.

You do not have to enter anything about her being disabled unless you pay someone to take care of her while you work. Otherwise, you just enter her as a dependent as a qualified relative and you get the $500 credit for other dependents.
