Question
I'm trying to correct KY tax return. TurboTax won't let me correct anything.Reject Code: /ReturnState/ReturnDataState/State1099Div/State1099DivStateLocalTaxGrp
Turbo Tax has gone into a spiral. It has a button to revisit and correct the issue, but then it goes to a filing page where I can choose e-file or to mail, along with information concerning my identity. When I confirm that information, it goes back to my identitity.
I also get this information:

Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries.
What needs to be done:
There is incorrect or incomplete information on the Federal return 'Interests and Dividends' Dividends on 1099Div section, causing issues in the state return. '0's are not required to be entered in all situations. Please revisit the section and make the appropriate changes and re-submit this return electronically. However, if the reject continues, you may want to file this return via U.S. Mail. To file your state return, print it and mail to the appropriate taxing authority."
