Tax tools and the welcome back screen no longer exist. I cannot find the option anywhere. After clicking "take me to my return" it goes straight to a review. The Tax Tools never pops up while I have the return open.

How do I do it It doesn’t have a menu where it says tools so I can restart it I need to I had two accounts and I need to put it on the old account

You have to sign onto your TurboTax account and then continue the 2019 tax return before the Tax Tools link will be available on the left side of the screen - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

No, tools does not appear at all, even after continuing where I left off and checking the menu. It's broken and if it isn't fixed I'm gonna look for a goddamn accountant.

If you are not seeing all the links on the left hand column of the 2019 online tax return, then click on the 3 horizontal bars at the top left of the online program screen to open the left hand column.
