I'm trying to file my taxes but I don't remember my password I don't use the email that I have on there or phone number to receive the text to change thing's so what is my next move ... oh and I'm usi

Perhaps you can access your old account by going to the Turbo Tax Sign In screen and going down to I forgot my TurboTax User ID or password.
