Question

I'm trying to finalize my 2019 taxes, but it keeps saying that I need the Form 4562 update; which isn't ready yet. Does anybody know when this will be ready?

This form has been complete for some time. Be sure you have run updates to your software.

If you happen to be using a Mac, try this. On the Turbotax Menu click on "Turbotax" in the upper far left, then hold down the "option" button on your Mac keyboard. When you hold the "option" button it will change the "check for updates" to read "download latest updates". While continuing to hold down the "option" button click on "download latest updates".

That didn't work for me. It says I am up to date. But I have no form 4562.

On Windows or Mac?

If your program says it's up to date or you can't update it then do the Manual Update. This has also fixed the State forms not available problem for some users.
