I'm trying to get to front page again but it won't go I need help so I can download 2023

TurboTax Free Edition Online

Click Add a State. It will not add a state but will take you to home page. Someday they might come up with a way to get back to your return that is more understandable.

You might be looking for the wrong thing. No one has prepared a 2023 tax return yet. That will not happen until the 2023 tax software is released in late November and the IRS begins to accept 2023 returns in January 2024. The current software and most recent return you could have prepared would be a 2022 tax return.

But---get into your account and click on Add a State--- that will let you back into the 2022 return. You do not really have to add a state; that trick just gets you back in to your tax return.
