I'm trying to import 1099-INT but Turbo tax isn't able to download because the account has already closed. How do input manually?

And once you start into the 1099-INT...

On the page that has you select or enter a bank......you "dont"...instead you click on

"Change how I enter my form" at the bottom of that page.

.......and then on the next page you click on

"Type it in myself"

then you are off and running
