I’m trying to look at my credit score, but I’m being told that my information is wrong when it is actually correct. Can anyone help out?

Just want to understand where the disconnect is happening. 

 

You have signed in to your Turbo account and your tax return information has pre-populated, correct? 

 

Then you add your phone number which must be registered to you and that is where you get the error message?  Sometimes some phone carrier information is not up-to-date which would cause an error.  .
