I'm trying to sigh my e-fileWhen I go to fix or review information im ask to file by mail... But I want e-file

To efile you must clear the REVIEW tab with no issues to correct and then complete all 3 steps of the FILE tab.  To efile the state return you must also successfully efile the federal return with or before the state filing.  You can also only efile the current 2022 tax return ... all other years must be mailed.
