Question

I'm trying to use the TurboTax Deluxe desk top edition, and the help center box comes up blank whenever I click on it.

This was a less than stelar solution, but it sort of worked.

It turns out any pop-up window was opening up blank. I was able to struggle through purchasing and sending my e-file, but I had to change my scaling and/or resolution for every entry on each pop-up screen!

I'd have to fill in an entry without the characters displaying, change my settings to reveal my entry and what the response was, and repeat ad nauseum. It didn't even seem to matter what setting I picked, as long as scale was 150% or less it would work, but I  still had to change it for each entry.

@SHJ723 @SForrestLO , On a similar note, I ran into a situation with the TT Desktop H&B 2024 where the help center ["search"] box would not scroll to the very bottom field where a user would type in the search terms.  If I lowered the Windows 11 display scale to 125% or less, then one could access the field.  <Windows button>, Settings, System, Display, Scale & Layout, Scale.  TT Desktop Premium likely has the same issue.
IMO, the type-in field should be at the top of the box, the latest Q&A should be on top of the stack, and the Q&A displayed area should be clearable.  Then it won't matter what scale or resolution one is using.   An alternate fix would be to make the box user-sizable by pulling on the borders, per Windows convention.
