I'm unable to find my 2019 taxes on my PC. When I click on the TT 2019 icon, response is 'Let's install the latest updates'. I started and now getting filing reminders.

I want to start my 2020 TT taxes but can't locate my 2019 pdf files.

TurboTax Premier Online

You don't need your PDF file to begin your return. If you are using the online version, you will sign in to your account and your information will transfer from last year. If you are using the CD/Download, your .tax file should be saved on your computer. When you install the 2020 software you can locate your tax file. Can you provide more information as to why you need the PDF?
