After you use your last paystub and file your tax return, the IRS will reject your tax return after January 23.  You will then have to locate the W-2 provided by your employer.  Then using the W-2 you received, make all the corrections to the rejected tax return and re-file the tax return.

Your employers have until January 31 to provide you with your W-2.  The IRS will not be accepting any type of tax return until January 23.
