I'm using "Upload CSV" using the TurboTax Universal Template. I kept getting the error of duplicate entries found even though my file has none.

This is the error message "Found duplicate entries for transaction ids. Example:["xx0217", "xx0280", "xx0296", "xx0255", "xx0211"]. Please review CSV and remove ALL the duplicate entries and re-upload."

Have you tried removing all the uploaded data, and re-loading it into Turbo Tax?

It would be best to give us a call here, if you are unable to eliminate the duplicate transactions imported. @amt7hx

I've called into Support and even tried to upgrade but neither options helped me to solve the problem. I've deleted and re-cleaned my CSV but there's nothing that works. I assume that the CSV processing is having a problem.

I tried calling Customer Support and they were unable to help resolve this issue.

I'm having this same issue too.

Turns out I had negative numbers. Once I got rid of them I no longer got this error message. Instead a new problem happens: The import has been processing for 5+ minutes and isn't complete yet. These crypto import tools aren't working well.

 

My specific issue still has to do with Coinbase Pro transactions that are needed to complete the data in Coinbase. I'm sure there are lots of people with this issue and Turbotax should make a tool that works easily for everyone.
