I made a mistake entering a figure payment card and third party network transactions and I can't erase it. How do I clear this entry?

I sold at a everything at a loss and now I am being asked to fill in additional information.

If you entered your 1099-K incorrectly you can delete and re-enter it.

 

To delete a specific form in TurboTax Online you can follow these steps:

  1. Within your return, click on Tax Tools in the black menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on Tools.
  3. Click on Delete a Form
  4. Scroll down to your Form 1099-K and click Delete.
  5. Under Federal in the black menu bar click Wages & Income to get back into your tax returns.
  6. Using the magnifying glass icon, search for 1099-K and select the Jump to link at the top of the search results
  7. When you get to the Choose which type of income your 1099-K is for screen select Personal item sales and Continue
  8. Enter the information from your 1099-K
  9. Click Done
  10. Go back to the Wages & Income screen and click Edit for Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto)
  11. Click Review for the 1099-K you entered and here you can enter the expenses and details for the items you sold
  12. Proceed entering/reviewing your return.
