Solved

I mailed in my 2019 and 2020 federal tax returns, now I am getting rejected trying to e-File for 2021. My 2020 AGI amount is correct. Do I need to reset my Filing PIN?

The IRS probably does not have your 2020 AGI in their database.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
