Question

I MAY need to file an 8453 but I rather just file anyways. TurboTax won't efile for me, should I just MAIL it in with my 1040SR or is there a unique address to mail it to ? I live outside the country i will not be able to respond timely if the IRS de

    you can no longer e-file with Turbotax for years before 2023. Form 8453 is only for forms that can not be e-filed. since you won't be, delete the 8453 and attack whatever items are involved to the back of the mailed return.
