Question

I moved in 2021, doing 2020 taxes now. My NC D-400 for 2020 has new street address, but not the correct county. Can't change county in "My Info", will this cause issues?

Wondering if this will cause problems w/ my return in NC.  Can't figure out how to change the county in "My Info" in my turbotax account - I'll take help with either My Info or issues w/ NC return.  Thanks!

Filing with the wrong county should not cause an issue.

 

You can change the county in the North Carolina section.

  1. Go to What county did you live in during 2020?
  2. Enter the correct county
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
