I moved out of US in the month of June and i got married in July but my spouse and i never came back to US post that, both of us live and work in singapore now.

I have added the status as "married" while filing taxes so it keeps on asking me my Husband's SSN which he doesn't have.

How to go about this situation?

Since you were not married when you lived in the US and paid taxes, you will have to file using single status instead of married.
