Question

I moved to OK on 07/01/2003. The system gives on error and says "Cannot be before 01/01/2023" Obvs, July is after January. What is the best way fix this error?

Go back to the My Info section and review your state entries. Be certain to enter the dates and state that you lived in previously and check that you entered the starting date for Oklahoma. Continue through the section so that it updates.

 

Additionally, you may need to clear your cache and cookies then sign back in.
