Question

I need a copy of my 2019 returns, but the website are claiming they are in a different account with the same username and same email. Seems like it should be this account

It says there is another account tied to my email but that account has the same username.

Please visit the TurboTax Help article below for steps on how to view a list of your Intuit accounts. You may have an account with the same username but different password.
