I need a download version of 2019 turbo tax

You will get a download unless you use the little link at the bottom to get a CD.

2019 software has not yet been released.  It will be available in late November/early December.  It is too soon to prepare a 2019 return, since the tax year is not over.  You will not be able to file a 2019 return until late January 2020.  And beware of filing early--there will be updates needed to the software; and early filers are often the ones who end up in the identity verification never-never land and wait for months for refunds.

Online Turbotax software products for tax year 2019 are not yet available. Check back in about one month (December 1).
