None of the customer service reps know what to do. I told them the page told me to call the number and give them the service ID number and they are supposed to give me a confirmation code. They have no idea what I’m talking about. Then they try to run credit card on their end and it still doesn’t work. I have gone through these steps with multiple reps with no success.

I have completed a Federal Return and State Return. There's a refund on the Federal, and a balance due on the State. The Federal refund is to be credited to a checking account, and the balance due on the State is to be debited to the same credit account. Turbo recommends e-filing the Federal and State at the same time, and that's what I am trying to do. However, when I try to pay the $25 e-filing fee for the State return I get a message that I need a confirmation number, which I have tried again and again to get without success, so I can't file the returns. I have never had this happen before. If I do, in fact, need a confirmation number, how can I get it? If I don't, in fact, need a confirmation number, how can I get rid of the blocking so the returns can be filed?

Which state are you trying to complete and are you receiving a specific error message?

There may be forms that are required for your state return that aren't available yet. If that is the case, the program will not let you finish the filing process. You can check the status of form availability in this TurboTax Help Article: State forms availability table for TurboTax Individual (Personal) tax products

Intuit Order Number [removed] Product 2021 Tax Audit Defense Individual Form 1040 State & Federal Tax

I followed the on-line process for filing my Federal and State Taxes on Jan. 27, 2022. My Federal Tax Return was electronically filed successfully. I received notice that the Federal Tax form was accepted by the IRS but not the State and that I would be notified later when State accepted the e-filing. I have not received any notice to tell me that State tax was e-filed yet. I have already received my Federal refund but don't know if State was filed in my case.

I need a State Income Tax confirmation number. Please tell me how to get it. My Federal taxes have been filed by Turbo and I have received my refund. However, on the on-line screen for State Income Tax filing, I have a message that states "We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Tax year 2021 transmissions are not available". The date was January 27, 2022.

Please help me get my State Income Tax e-filed, which is the service I requested from Turbo Tax.
