Question

I need my wives AIG from last year. She filed on Turbo Tax, but doesn’t have access to that email anymore.

@coydawg2010

"she filed on TurboTax"

So did the two of you file separately last year?  Or maybe you weren't married then.  If you filed a joint married return last year, the 2018 AGI is the same total AGI for both of you.   If filed separately, here's how she can find her 2018 return that was prepared in Online TurboTax:

She can use the Account Recovery tool.   If she has the same phone number, she can run the tool on her phone number.   If she doesn't have the same phone number or email address, then skip the Account Recover tool, and scroll down to the alternate method  at the end of this posting, called "Try something else."

Once she is in her account, she should go the Intuit Account settings and update any email address for notifications, and can also change her User ID, if desired.

A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be.  It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.

To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, reset passwords, etc., you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, if you have the same phone number, try using your phone number first.   You've already said that the email address is no longer accessible.  If you don't have the same phone number, just scroll down to the method in the last paragraph of this posting.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number, or if you don't have the same phone number,  here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
