We bought a new pc with windows 11 on it, had it set up, downloaded turbo tax deluxe, entered license code and it was fine. Next day I tried to log in to the pc and microsoft lost my pin #, so it wouldnt boot up. Redownloaded the pc program, got it working fine but the old email, [mpippin@ outlook ] was locked out by microsoft. Created a new email [maxinepippin@yahoo] and re downloaded turbo tax but the new account won't accept my license code. We didn't even do one return on the first one
