I need to add additional information to my return, and I can't access the software. Dashboard states the Taxes are done and ready to mail.

I have not mailed the return but need to add additional income. There is no option to make adjustments to the file even though not file or mailed.

Click on Add a State. You won't really be adding a state, but it will let you back into your return.
