I need to add my 1095a form. Do I need to cancel and restart my filing?

My return was rejected in April for missing the 1095a form.  How do I go about adding the information?

If your e-file was rejected in April, it's as if you never filed. Just enter the 1095-A and file again. You do not have to cancel or restart anything.


To enter Form 1095-A type 1095-a in the Search box, then click the link that says "Jump to 1095-a."


I think it will tell you that you have to upgrade to a paid edition of TurboTax Online. Entering Form 1095-A requires TurboTax to create Form 8962, which is not supported in Free Edition.
