I need to complete my 2022 tax returns. I purchased what I thought was the turbo tax 2022 version and I was unable to download it for some reason.

I initially purchased the Apple download and then realized I didn’t have room on my Mac to download. So I reach out and request they send the Windows version so I could download to my laptop. Do I need to change the setting from read only or anything. I’m having trouble . Is there a number to contact for support?

Yes, you will need to contact support at 1-800-446-8848. You cannot download a .dmg file which is for a MAC to a PC or install a .exe file on a MAC. You will need to call support for help in getting the correct version.
