You can't delete an account. You can clear your return if you haven't paid or registered by clicking on My Account then Clear and Start Over. You can just abandon your account.

I just deleted my hr block account and when I filed through turbo tax I thought they were going to give me the refund fro. Hr block but I registered back on and all my documents and refund is gone and if there was a way to send a screen shot I would prove it but you just go into account and settings and at the way bottom it says delete account

@Heatherstai96 What do you mean delete your H & R Block return? This is TurboTax. What would your return from H & R Block be doing here? What are you trying to do?

Did you try to transfer a 2019 tax file to start a new 2020 return here? If you need to clear it and start over:
