i do not not need to track my refund. i need to download my Illinois tax to mail as I could not submit through efile last year. every year a problem submitting Illinois tax withnturbo e file. I need to downlad not track

In order to finish up a 2019 return you started using TurboTax Online, you'll need to purchase the 2019 Desktop software. Even though you may have successfully e-filed your federal return, you'll need to have the software, including the Illinois program, in order to print and mail your 2019 Illinois return.
