I need to download my taxes I have the right reader that TurboTax recommends, but it won't open it. What can I do? I need it quick!

Download the 2018 tax returns using the following procedure if the PDF file from the Tax Home website cannot be opened -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Did it download a TXT file instead of a PDF file?

If your return downloaded as a .txt file try changing the .txt with .pdf. Or try using a different browser to download it.
