You cannot enter a dependent's earned income on your tax return.

The dependent can file their own tax return to report the income and indicate on their tax return that they can be claimed as a dependent.

Your daughter needs to file her own physically separate tax return. She still qualifies as your dependent if she was under the age of 19 on Dec 31 of the tax year, or under the age of 24 and a full time student for any one semester that started in 2021.

When your daughter starts her own tax return, she must select the option for "I can be claimed on someone else's tax return". If she does not select that option, then one of you will not be able to e-file.

If the Dependent has a W-2, they need to file their own taxes separately. They need to mark on their form that they are claimed as a dependent by someone else.

For a joint return, you only enter income for the 2 spouses.

If your dependent has a W-2, and they need to file (or want to file to claim a refund), they need to file a return of their own - a separate return under their name and SSN.

To determine if your dependent needs to file:

Use the IRS conversation at https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/do-i-need-to-file-a-tax-return

Click the "Begin" button at the bottom of the page and enter their information.

The result will tell you if they needs to file.

In this  link, it is addressed under "Who Must File."
