Yes, you can file a corporate DC return with TurboTax Business (link at the bottom of this post), but be advised that the return is print only (no e-file capability).

You would need to purchase the TurboTax Business Edition then purchase the DC program from within the Business Edition to complete the DC C Corp form D-20.

The TurboTax Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online. The Business Edition cannot be used for a personal tax return, Form 1040.
