I need to file my taxes but Simone already claim me. Also is it free? And I need help

What do you mean someone already claimed you? Somebody who was allowed to or not allowed to.
If they were allowed to, In TurboTax, he indicates that somebody else can claim him as a dependent, at the personal information section. In TurboTax, you indicate that somebody else can claim you as a dependent.. TT will check that box on form 1040.

With the tax law change, effective 2018, most students will get the same refund whether them claim themselves or not. The personal exemption has been eliminated and the standard deduction increased.
