I need to finish my return but can not get to my account and tools

If you are using the TurboTax app, Tax Tools is not included on the menu.

You can either logon to your TurboTax account on a computer, or you can access TurboTax through your web browser on your phone or tablet.

To use the web browser on your phone or tablet, open your preferred browser and click this link.

Log on with your user name and password, then follow these directions:

1. Click on Tax Tools near the bottom of the left side menu.
2. Select Tools.
3. Click on Delete a form.
4. Find the Form 8857 on the list, click Delete to the right.
5. Confirm that you want to delete the form.
6. Click Continue and then Review.
