this is about all you can do. the iRS general phone lines are shut down so make sure you call the number in the letter

When you call the IRS, they will ask you to verify your identity.

IRS phone assistors take great care to only discuss personal information with you or someone you authorize to speak on your behalf. To make sure that you do not have to call back, have the following information ready:

Social Security numbers and birth dates for those who were named on the tax return

An Individual Taxpayer Identification Number letter if the you have one

Your filing status

The prior-year tax return

A copy of the tax return in question

Any IRS letters or notices you received

I need a copy or An email to me bout my federal income taxes that i filed for 2019 to verify my identification to release my taxes i mailed the tax return in this year but i misplaced the copy of it need it asap

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Or -

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
