I need to know if I have any bill pending with my last tax filing this year? I have have insufficient funds n my bank account and they are charging me every attempt.

For the Turbo Tax fees? Are the fees supposed to come out of your refund? If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund you still have to pay the fees in time.
