I need to know. Is there any way I can file online line and pay later? I will not be getting any federal back but I am getting state refunds.

If you decide to stay and finish with TurboTax, the following could save you some of the fee.  Do you realize you are using "Live Deluxe" instead of regular Deluxe?  At least that is what is shown in the tag under your question.   The LIVE feature is quite a bit more expensive than regular Deluxe.   The Live version includes on-demand help from a tax expert during return preparation and a final review of your return prior to filing, if desired.   If you haven't used that LIVE feature and want to remove it and use regular Deluxe instead, the way to remove it depends on how you came to have it in the first place.  See this:
