I need to know why I was charged 4- different fees? I chose the free service ,then it stated I had to pay a minimum of $40 for processing ,but ended up being $160 total????

You are using the Deluxe online edition - $40

A state tax return is an additional $40 for each state

Choosing the totally optional pay with refund has a service charge of $39.99

Look at your fees - Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on My Fees

In the File section on Step 1, before you were asked to pay for the TurboTax account fees, you were shown a Review of all the fees item by item.
