I need to mail in my tax return because of rejection. Do I need to send documentation to prove that my dependents have been with me?

Im going through a divorce. It isnt final. My ex filed HOH. We didnt have an agreement yet the non custodial parent claimed my children who were physically with him only 30 days total on visitation for summer 2020 and Christmas 2020. He kept the refund and stimulus. My e-file got kicked by the system because he filed first. Now I have to file a paper return. Prolonging the time to get the refund and stimulus for my household. Would the court order from the Attorney General naming me as the custodial parent be proof enough that the children reside with me?
