@jsrivera04 Thank you. I had another user complain of the same issue. I'll try to find her question to verify how she resolved it.

I believe she ended up going to her "Account" from her TT homepage and found how to access QEF from there. Will you please try that and see if you are able to reach QEF? In the meantime, I'll look for that post. Let me know if you're able to make it work, please.
