I need to find out how to get turbo to mail my 2019 federal refund to my current address since I never received it July 2020. It was mailed to my old address and I never received it. I have information on check number amount the check is and date

@487743187 TurboTax does not mail your tax refund to you. In fact TurboTax never touches your refund ever--at all. Your income tax refund comes from the IRS or your state. If you changed addresses then you need to send a change of address to the IRS and possibly to the state.

@487743187 Wait---so now you are saying that you used the third party bank to remove your TurboTax fees and send your refund to you?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
