I NEED TO TRANSFER 2022 INFO TO THIS YEARS?

You have to create the 2023 online account using the exact same User ID that was used to create the 2022 online account where you completed the 2022 online tax return.  That is the only way the 2022 tax data will transfer to the 2023 tax return when start the return using the 2023 online editions.

Or where is your 2022 return?  Did you use the Online version?
