I need to verify my identity to the irs, but it’s not excepting my information HELP

My assumption is that you are trying to answer questions from your credit report asked by the IRS to establish your identity.

 

What you might do is go to the FCC website (here) and ask for your once-a-year free credit report to see what's actually on it so you can answer the IRS's question.
