I never completed filing my taxes through why am I not getting anything back ?

If you did not complete filing your tax return, you cannot get a tax refund.  The IRS/state have not received your tax return.  How can they process a tax return they have not received?

 

(Simple logic:  If you did not order a pizza, how would one arrive at your front door?)  

 

Was your e-file rejected? If so, what did the rejection email say?
