I never filed my income taxes from 2019. And I don't have a w2

I worked for McDonald's but the one I worked at changed owners.  They said I could get it online

I imagine they meant from the McDonalds Payroll system

 

Otherwise, you can review your transcript and the critical information should be there, but not any state withholdings. 

 

note that the deadline for filing the 2019 tax return (if you are due a refund) is July 15, 2023. After that date the IRS will not provide refunds; however, if you owe tax, then you owe, there is not a deadline by when the obligation goes away

You could also get a wage and income transcript from the IRS for 2019 that will show what McDonald's reported to the IRS for you for that tax year.  That transcript will only show federal tax withheld; it will not show anything for your state.   If you live in a state with a state income tax you still will need the information from box 17 of your W-2 in order to file a state tax return.
