First, I'd try different browsers and clear your cookies/ cache then try to login again. I've found that works for me when I have trouble logging in to different websites.
If that still does not work, then you'll have to contact the Marketplace Call Center to either obtain additional assistance with their website, or to request that a copy of the Form 1095-A be mailed to you. See the following site for more info: https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/
