I never sent in my 2019 taxes paid through Turbo Tax. I've sent the payment in (have a receipt) how do I get turbo tax to send it (179 pages)?

We are only able to electronically file the current year tax return, which is 2020.

If you have not filed your 2019 return, you need to complete it in TurboTax and print it to be mailed to IRS and the same for your state return. Be sure to enter the amount of payment already sent in for the amount you expected to owe, so it is reflected in the paper return you are printing and mailing in after you sign it.
