If your only income in 2022 was one dollar, you have no reason to file a tax return.   Perhaps someone else can claim you as a dependent.

In simple terms, the minimum income for having to file a tax return is $400. For most people the limit is $12,950. But, some people are subject to the $400.  Either way, you do not need to file with $1 of income.
