I ordered and received confirmation that i was charged for TT Premier. How can i get the download to start?

When i order online from a laptop will the program download or an i getting a disc in the mail.  i want to download and start on taxes today!

You would need to specify that you wanted a CD.  If you did not specify then your purchase is a Download.

If your order shows as a CD and download then sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

If the software is not in your download account and/or you have not received the CD then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
