I ordered and received the CD version, but it went missing when I moved. I've started an online version. Do I have to pay again if I file online?

Don't begin your return online just yet.  Please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours for assistance.  Tell the Support agent your situation.  If you purchased the CD from TurboTax, an agent will likely give you a free download of the same program you purchased.  Use the info below to contact Support.
